Guy Meets Girl, Girl Takes Guy to Disney

I met him, I took him to Disney World, and the rest is history.

Welcome to our magical life, where things aren't always magical, which is why we go to Disney World to escape all of our problems. Just kidding, but not really.

Names you should know

Lindsay: Me. Disney obsessed wife who somehow convinced my husband to love that Disney life just as much as I do.

Jake: husband that fell into his wife's Disney loving trap.

G: son that was born into the Disney loving trap.

We first visited Disney together to celebrate Jake's graduation from trade school in 2016. We spent 5 days staying at Pop Century Resort and visiting all 4 Disney World parks. Because Jake loved it so much he put a little Christmas bow on another trip and convinced my family to go with us the next year. I thought they just loved Disney as much as we did, but turns out Jake wanted to propose and they needed to be there. So, propose he did. Right in front of Cinderella's Castle just like a real life fairytale. It didn't take long for us to put our Disney World wedding in the works (I called the Fairytale Weddings offices on day 2 of being engaged). We had our very own Fairytale Wedding on December 4, 2018 and it was truly the best day ever. I could get into the whole shebang that was our wedding, but I'll save that for it's own post. Because it deserves it!

We've since done Disney trips as a couple, as a family of 3, with friends, with family, with big groups...and the list goes on. We bring Disney into our everyday lives and we try to visit the most magical place on earth as much as we can. Our everyday lives have touches of magic and our house might or might not have some not so subtle Disney decor. And for all of you that will be like "ew Disney adults", just go somewhere because it brings us joy and we don't need your negativity putting a puddle in our pixie dust.

Now, why am I here? I love helping people plan their Disney trips. Like seriously, on the joy meter its a 10/10. I'm here to help you plan a Disney vacation! I truly enjoy getting info into the hands of people that want to experience the magic in person or from afar through our videos and posts. I became a travel agent that specializes in Disney vacations 3 years ago, because I enjoyed helping my family and friends plan their trips. I saw first hand how much I could help the people close to me have an unforgettable time, and I wanted to do that for others. That being said, it gives me the ick when people feel pressured about working with an agent. I never want anyone to feel like I'm just trying to get a sale out of them. I absolutely just want everyone to have all of the info they need to have the best trip they can. Whether that be you just checking in on our IG posts or a blog post that interests you, or getting a quote to see what numbers you're up against for your dream vacation. I'm here for it!
